Delete your account and data

Deleting is permanent and immediately revokes your active app tokens.

In the Android app

  1. Open Profile, then Privacy & data.
  2. Select Delete account, review what will be removed, and confirm.
  3. The server removes your authentication identities, encrypted profile and mobile number, exact first/latest locations, consent records, foreground-usage sessions and aggregates, tokens, reports, legacy check sessions, matched events, and contribution reputation, then recalculates affected ATM scores.

If you cannot open the app

The verified deletion-contact address will appear here before public release. Until it is configured, use the authenticated in-app deletion control.

What may remain

Only an anonymous deletion receipt and irreversible aggregate ATM/time-bucket counts that cannot identify or reconnect to you may remain. Security backups expire within 30 days. Google independently controls data processed by Google services; see the Google Privacy Policy.

ऐप में प्रोफ़ाइल → गोपनीयता और डेटा → खाता हटाएँ खोलें और पुष्टि करें। आपके टोकन तुरंत बंद होंगे और पहचान, प्रोफ़ाइल, मोबाइल नंबर, सहेजी गई लोकेशन, उपयोग-सत्र, रिपोर्ट तथा पुराने जाँच-सत्र डेटा हटेंगे। केवल ऐसा गुमनाम रिकॉर्ड या कुल आँकड़ा रह सकता है जिससे आपकी पहचान वापस नहीं जोड़ी जा सकती।
